🚨 Paid for Express, Waited 19+ Days: A Terrible Mistake
I'm writing this to warn anyone who needs glasses urgently. My old pair broke, so I specifically paid extra for 3-5 day express shipping, thinking it would be a quick fix. Instead, my order was stuck "in production" for over ten days, leaving me completely stranded. My final conclusion about this whole ordeal is this: Terrible company. Ordered glasses March 30th, paid for express shipping 3-5 because my old glasses broke. Day 5 roles around still in production, day 10 still in production. Day 11 I call to ask for a shipping refund, they seemed like they do it all the time by the way she responded. So i got the 10$ in shipping but these glasses are STILL 6 days out on delivery. Stop giving terrible companies your money let them die out because someone doesnt give a crap about their customers and I will telling all my four eyed friends to never shop here. Terrible terrible terrible. Day 19 or whatever still no glasses!!! This unacceptable delay is what finally forced me to get on the phone with their customer service.
Customer: My order was placed 11 days ago. I paid for 3-5 day express shipping because I need them. Why are they still in production?
CS Rep: I am very sorry for the delay. Let me check your order status. It appears there was an unexpected issue in the lab. I can refund your $10 express shipping fee right now for the inconvenience.
Customer: A refund is the bare minimum, but it doesn't help me see. When will I actually get my glasses?
CS Rep: I understand your frustration. According to the system, they are due to ship tomorrow, but the new estimated delivery date is still another six days away.
Customer: Another six days? That's almost 20 days for a service I paid to have in five. This is completely unacceptable.
CS Rep: I sincerely apologize. The shipping fee has been refunded. I have documented your complaint about this severe delay.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
