My recent online shopping experience has been an absolute nightmare, and I feel compelled to share my story as a warning to others. GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received. They have $246.00 of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on 2/24, and the tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. I can't get a response for a refund; all they keep telling me is it is in transit from a BOT. I desperately want my money back, and I decided to leave a review and finally speak to someone to address this atrocious lack of customer service.
Customer: My order #105081183 was placed weeks ago, and I still haven't received it. The tracking is stuck in Atlanta, and I can't get a straight answer about my refund. What's going on? CS Rep: I apologize for the trouble you've experienced with your order, sir. I see the tracking shows it hasn't moved. Let me check the status of your refund request. Customer: I've only gotten automated messages, and I'm beyond frustrated. I just want my money back. This has been a terrible experience. CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration. It shows here that a refund was approved on 4/1, and you should receive it within 7-10 business days. I'm truly sorry for the delay and the communication issues you faced. Customer: Seven to ten more days? I had to file complaints just to get this far. Can you assure me I'll actually get it this time? CS Rep: Yes, sir. The refund process has been initiated, and it will be processed within that timeframe. I will personally send you a confirmation email with the details now.
