I feel this place is a fraud, ripping customers off for services they charge for but do not provide. I paid for "next day delivery," which their site clearly advertised, only to receive an email hours later stating my order would take three business days. This was infuriating. I felt compelled to leave this review and try to engage with customer service because they charged me for a service they utterly failed to deliver, and then made it impossible to get a human response.
Customer: I paid $19.95 for next-day delivery, but my order is now delayed by three business days. I want a refund for the express shipping fee. CS Rep: I understand your frustration. I see your order was placed on the 18th. Sometimes there can be unexpected delays in processing, even with expedited shipping. Customer: Unexpected delays for Plano lenses? And why does your site promise "next day" if it's going to take a week? I tried your automated line and live chat, but couldn't get a human until I tried the "place an order" option. This is unacceptable. CS Rep: I apologize for the difficulty reaching us and the miscommunication regarding the delivery timeframe. I can process a refund for the $19.95 shipping fee to your original payment method. Customer: Thank you. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating due to the lack of transparency and the automated customer service.
