I'm writing this as a warning to other potential buyers. I urgently needed glasses and paid an extra $19.95 for what the site advertised as "next day delivery." Hours later, I received an email stating my order would take three business days to process. After a frustrating battle with their automated systems, I finally reached a person to demand a refund for a service not rendered. My experience proved to me that this place is nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services that they charge for and do NOT provide.
Customer: I paid $19.95 for next-day delivery, but your email says it will take 3 business days. That's false advertising. I want my shipping fee refunded immediately.
CS Rep: I am very sorry to hear about the confusion and frustration. Could you please provide your order number so I can look into this for you?
Customer: My order is #XXXXXXX. It's simple: your site offered a service, I paid for it, and you're not providing it. I just want the $19.95 back.
CS Rep: Thank you. I see the order. While the shipping is for the day after production, I understand this was not clear. I can submit a request to the billing department for a refund.
Customer: A request? It shouldn't be a request. You're not providing the service. This is ridiculous. I want it refunded now, not left up to another department.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
