I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering ordering from this site. My experience has been a complete nightmare, and I feel compelled to share it. After ordering, three weeks have passed, and I still haven't received my glasses. I've tried communicating with their company through their website chat function and via telephone. They basically repeat the same thing that the shipping company states: "According to the tracking details, your order delivery was rescheduled to the next delivery day. Your item was returned to the Post Office for address verification." This was my third order from them in five years living at this address. There are no supervisors to speak with and no real follow-up with customers on how to fix any issue. Never again. Frustrated and getting nowhere, I had to try one last time to talk to a representative.
Customer: My order number is 987654. It's been three weeks. The tracking says there's an address issue, but I've ordered from you twice before at this same address with no problem.
CS Rep: I understand your frustration. Let me check. The tracking shows your item was returned to the Post Office for address verification. We advise contacting your local post office.
Customer: I already did! They have nothing. I've called you, I've used the chat, and I get the same useless answer. This is my third order to this address. The address is not the problem. Can't you do anything?
CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the runaround you've experienced. This is not the service we aim to provide. Let me escalate this immediately. I can contact the courier on your behalf to resolve the address confusion or we can process a new replacement order for you right away.
